The current management of phpLynx have decided enough is enough. Despite offering people what is arguably the best FREE directory software on the planet they felt that due to the degeneration of the directory industry as whole there was no way that phpLynx was going to add to this decline. The phplinkdirectory and esyndicat directory owners might not have any morals but the phpLynx software owners do, its with this in mind they've decided that general directories under the current model is very quickly dying and don't want to be a contributing part of this. The entire phpLynx script will either be put up for sale (genuine enquiries can be made to support@ phplynx.com) or it will simply come back with a more powerful script that will be designed to move forward with the times. We'd like to take this time to thank our customers of the past and advise them that support can still be obtained free via the forum. Hopefully the new owners will have the forsight to follow our vision of providing the most cost effective directory script available. For all our existing customers the forum will remain open and Gary will offer his support to anyone which requires it. Gary has also agreed to remain with the script if and when it is sold and offer his support during any transistion.
